All e-mails received are reviewed by Société Laurentide in the order in which they arrive.

We work hard to make sure that all e-mails we receive are answered within five (5) business days. On occasions, however, the volume of messages being sent is simply too large and the time limit may have to be slightly extended. Please accept our sincere regrets if this should prove the case.
